Positive: Good location and stunning view. The pictures don’t tell the real conditions. Host is super helpful and responsive. check in was smooth with electronic keypad. Negative: Everything upstairs works perfect, while the facilities in downstairs probably need some renovation. Not convenient to have separate cold and hot faucets in washbasin in cold season. Probably because it’s a wooden structure, noise can easily reach floor blow.

Served our purpose but the game room advertized was a disappointment. Positive: Location was nice and we liked the privacy. Negative: The game room was non-functional. The billards/snooker table was damaged and not a single of the Cue's had a tip on it. So essentially useless. The carpet on the ground floor was old and unpleasant. Overall the top floor was good but the lower level was bad.

Magnificent view in this spacious property Positive: Great view and location and spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed playing pool. Negative: It was all good but just a comment, there must be a New Zealand teaspoon shortage as every rental only seems to have a minimal amount.

Definitely stay here! Positive: The location is to die for. As some others mentioned the pictures don't do justice. The house is well stocked and is very comfortable. Clean and tidy and the hosts have thought about everything. The appliances are great. So glad to be in a place where almost everything works. The pantry is well stocked. The upstairs bathroom is amazing. We didn't use the underfloor heating but it's there and might be great for winter time. Negative: Honestly nothing that we didn't like.
