Negative: 1. No response on our query we found the safe box not working and we couldn't use it for the entire duration of our stay 2. Several request from contractors to check building systems (smoke detectors) with no prior notification.

Positive: Everything Negative: The pillow is too tall.

Positive: El alojamiento está muy agradable bueno , limpio y cómodo nos gustó mucho ! , solo que si necesitas auto para ir al centro de Wanaka . No hay Uber en la zona y si está lejos para ir caminando Negative: Solo la distancia pero con auto lo resuelves

Highly recommended. Positive: The Wanaka Modern Apartment was a highlight of our recent holiday in New Zealand. It was clean, quiet and beautifully furnished. Full kitchen facilities. High quality fixtures. Very competitive pricing. We stayed for three nights but would be happy to have an extended stay given how well featured it was. It is reasonably close to Wanaka town, which was ideal for us as we had a hire car. Very close to a range of local activities, especially the walking/ biking trails and lake Wanaka itself.

Positive: It's a nice apartment we all love it very much. Very new and comfortable apartment. We live there for two days. Also，friendly landlord ever. Thank you very much😃 Negative: All things are good.
