Everything We Needed for a Perfect Wanaka Getaway Positive: We had an amazing stay and would happily return. The house had so many thoughtful extras that made travelling with kids much easier, including a drying rack, salt and pepper, band-aids, Tupperware, and lots of other little things you often forget to pack. We were initially unsure whether the heaters would keep the place warm enough, but the house was wonderfully warm, dry, and comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were very comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean. Having access to both a washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. A few simple instructions for operating them would be helpful, as we had to work it out ourselves. The location was alright. You did have to drive a short drive into Wanaka town. The only downside was not being able to access or pay to use the resort facilities, as they looked amazing. Overall, a wonderful, clean, comfortable property with great amenities and a fantastic location. Highly recommended! 😊🏔️✨ Negative: Dishwashing wasn’t working. Tried to reset but would say it hadn’t been working as was already unplugged. It was fine for the couple of days to do manual washing.

Great for our small family who needed somewhere with our own space. Positive: It was perfect for what we needed. Negative: More blankets to put on the beds would have been good. The dishwasher was hard to open and get going, unsure if I got it going in the end.
